da ich im September wenn meine Liebste hier ist beruflich nach Zypern muss habe ich überlegt ob ich sie mitnehme.
Zypern, also die Republik Zypern ist Teil der EU, hat jedoch das Schengener Übereinkommen noch nicht vollständig umgesetzt.
Ich habe gestern den ganzen Tag damit verbracht Informationen zu sammeln ob sie mitkommen darf und was für Unterlagen dafür notwendig sind.
Als erstes: Ukrainer brauchen für Zypern ein Visum.
Dieses kann in der Botschaft in Kiew beantragt werden.
Wenn man mit dem Flugzeug direkt aus der Ukraine über die Flughäfen Pafos oder Larnaka einreist, dann kann man ein Visum auch online beantragen.
Dieses gilt für 90 Tage und einmalige Einreise.

Applications filled out in English (the same way as the data appears in your international passport) should be attached to an e-mail message in the Word2003 (.doc) format and e-mailed to: visa-kiev@mfa.gov.cy
The name of the attached file should contain the first and last names of the relevant applicant and the application date (e.g., 20120529PETROVIVAN).
For group tour applications, please file a separate application for each adult or child and attach all the applications to one e-mail message (up to 50 applications).
Please visit the Consulate Department page of the Embassy website (follow the link provided below) to see the list of holidays when the Embassy is closed.

Und es soll nach dem Ausfüllen an folgende Adresse gemailt werden: visa-kiev@mfa.gov.cy
So das kommt für uns nicht in Betracht, weil wir nicht von der Ukraine einreisen, sondern mit dem eigenen Flugzeug direkt aus Deutschland.
Also habe ich weiter gesucht und folgendes auf der Seite der Zyriotischen Botschaft in London gefunden:

· Third country nationals, holders of a type “C” Schengen visa (double or multiple entry), who have already used that visa to enter a Schengen country, and that Schengen visa is still valid upon their departure from Cyprus, may travel to Cyprus without a Cypriot national visa and stay there for a period equal to the remainder of the time for which the Schengen visa is valid. (It should be noted that maximum period of stay is limited to 90 days per six months)

Meine Maus darf also mit ihrem gültigen Schengen Visum von Deutschland aus nach Zypern reisen.
Es muss aber ein multi bzw zweimaliges Visum sein, da man rechtlich nach Zypern in ein Drittland reist. Sonst kommt man nicht mehr zurück.
Ich werde das so machen und danach werde ich hier Berichten.
