Heißt das man besorgt sich diese Karte und dann wird beim nächsten Mal irgendwas leichter ?
Oder gehts darum daß sie einen leichter registrieren ?
Da man weiter zur Passkontrolle muß, was soll da dann schneller gehen ?
Electronic card to expedite passport control of the citizens of Ukraine

The State Border Guard Service of Ukraine has introduced an electronic card in order to create comfortable conditions of border crossing and expedite passport control of the citizens of Ukraine as well as foreigners.ADVANTAGES
An electronic magnetic card gives the right to cross the state border, enter Ukraine or leave it at the specified direction for the minimum of time.
Currently the service of going through a passport check-point with the help of electronic cards is provided at the international “Boryspil” (terminals “B” and “F”) and “Kharkiv” airports .
PROCEDURE OF OBTAINING AN ELECTRONIC MAGNETIC CARD
An electronic magnetic card can be obtained on the basis of a foreign passport of the citizen of Ukraine.
Payment can be made at any banking establishment on the territory of Ukraine and directly at the “Boryspil” and “Kharkiv” airports .
WHERE AN ELECTRONIC MAGNETIC CARD CAN BE OBTAINED
An electronic magnetic card can be obtained at the terminals of the “Boryspil” airport (terminal “F” day and night, tel. (044) 346-43-20, (067) 230-04-52; terminal «В» day and night, tel. (096) 151-21-35, airport “Kharkiv” (Kharkiv, 1 Romashkina Street, tel. (057) 728-36-36, day and night), administrative buildings of the State Border Guard Service communications centre (Kyiv, 54а Narodna Street, tel. 044 527-66-66), schedule: Monday, Thursday from 10.00 to 17.00).
Attention! Dear citizens, an electronic card isn`t the document that gives the right to cross the state border, it is valid only if there is a passport document.
An electronic card owner gets through the check-in, the aviation security control and the customs in accordance with the usual procedure.
Electronic card owners who cross the state border with children aren`t registered at the direction of cards usage.
